Our founder - Bernie (pictured here) loves you and loves fish. So we 2 legged chefs at Schmaltz Appetizing decided to starting curing and dehydrating fish skins (super good for Bernie) and make them available to all his friends. Made for dogs (and cats) but super tasty for humans too.
